  • Canned tuna is my life! I love all the varieties packed in olive oil. You've got to find the good stuff, or mix the stuff packed in water with olive oil or olive oil based dressings! Or even with some avocado! Mmmmm!
  • I actually adore sardines by themselves!! I eat them out of the can! But other things I do... Pour them over salad greens (packed in olive oil - and it's like a dressing) or I used the oil to sautee scallops and then I mix in the sardines, for saltiness and more omega-3 fatty acids! SO GOOD!!
