  • Jem, just to add to what Star said: are you weighing/measure your portions? Are you counting everything honestly (I know sometimes I forget ot count the bite, licks and tastes). These can add up. I also find weighing much more accurate then measuring spoons/cups. So, I did the walk and the 30DS...I'm on the road back! :-)
