  • Me too. I am able to workout for an hour 3xs per week, and track calories like crazy but I still only lose like a pound a week. GRRRRRR.It just sucks I feel like I have to try ten times harder to get the same results as everyone else.
  • I want to stop thinking negatively about my weight all day, and instead think about how good I feel and look!
