they say the slower you take off your wieght is healthier, 1-2 lbs a week is good....this way you can maintain it also.....

just remeber that always stick to one scale and always wiegh your self the same time durning the week.. usally in the morning after you go to the bathroom. just saying hope it helps

well so far \i think you are doing great .... you took your frist step . im, proud of you... I my self am tall and very big. i know \i can lose weight because i did it before. i use to work for a gym till they close and then i was depress and i started gaining the wiat .. these ppl on here are awesome .. the post on here…

i have the same problem , the best thing i do when \i exercise was holding them in place, i double up in my bras, try not to bounce you . can do cardio even with out running... if you need to talk let me know ....i think i may be able to help:smile:
