  • My favorite thing to do is add some Crystal Light Natural lemonade (or whatever flavor you like). I usually add 1/3 to 1/2 of a packet to 1/2 cup of yogurt. Sometimes I add in a couple slices of pineapple, too. 60 calories for the yogurt, 5 for the Crystal Light, and 60 for the pineapple, comes to 125 calories. And it…
