Even though fruit and vegetables are a "free" food on Weight Watcher's, you still track them. You should track them on MFP too.

5'2"; SW 162; CW 142; GW 125. Very similar stats. Did your scale get stuck anywhere along the way?

My goal for July is to change from walk/run to run/walk. I did a half-marathon in June and walked it, which was awesome! But next year I would like to be able to run the whole thing at a good, competitive pace. :happy:

Tricept dips are really good for the arms and can easily be done at home. You can also use hand weights (or cans of soup) for curls.
