  • vodka and crystal light is what i drink :) i try to stay away from too many added fake sugars but if your going to drink this is the way to do it- i know that clear liquor has less calories then dark and red wine has about 120 cals per glass... but my wine glasses are about the size of my head so im assuming it means per 5…
  • i would switch it up entirly and walk in the morning before you eat breakfast, your bosy burns more fat this way becuase it has used up all of its glycogen reseves during your "fast" when you sleep so you end up burning fat insted of the stored sugar, because uts already gone!
