calories do not know time :) your body DOES know weather they are healthy ones or not though!

defiantly do NOT agree that a calorie is a calorie. if you ate ****ty foods within your calorie limit you would a) feel like **** all the time b) look fluffy,bloated and lumpy c) have a very unhealthy inside. this is about making us healthier individuals remember!! eat the calories if you wish, but make it nutritious, good…

if your not hungry, dont eat, if you are, have something like 2 slices of toast with natural peanutbutter and an apple or banana. i have about 1000 calories "left" to eat from working out today, but i dont intend on eating them. the book says each workout burns about 600 calories, I use 600 only for plyo and about 400 for the others, i also add a few extra sets of the muscle group being worked for the extra burn :)

then.... put it in a sandwich press.. you will die BUT nutella has a TON of sugar, and also extremely addicting. ( not that i've ever eaten and entire jar o my self......oh wait, yes i have:blushing:...- use natural peanut butter and almond butter and add a little coco powder! much better!

have some veggies with chicken or a big salad for lunch and enjoy that curry! i make my curry with low fat geek yogurt to cut down of fat and calories- still super creamy though! maybe next time you have curry look up a lower calorie version so you can have your lunch and dinner just the same! :) hope this helps!

i used to be a die hard ezekial bread fan, now i do 50/50 with "big 16 " bread- its also in the freezer bread section :) if u do want to make your own tosca reno has a good recipe in one of her books!
