Is it cheaper to make your own? I like it, but it is rather expensive.

I wondered that as well, though I wouldn't know where to begin. Sprouted grains?0

Are you eating a ton of it? If it's just an occasional slice 1-2 a week then I wouldn't mess with it. I haven't had great luck with bread like this. If you do want to try look up "eating away diabetes" it has a ton of great, whole grain, high quality bread and muffin recipes with a very low glycemic index0

i used to be a die hard ezekial bread fan, now i do 50/50 with "big 16 " bread- its also in the freezer bread section
if u do want to make your own tosca reno has a good recipe in one of her books!0
