go to mytrainerbob.com. It is Bob Harper's website. You can order his workout videos for just $5 each. Well worth the money. Get some hand weights and a good pair of shoes. I also love my exercise step. Use it at least 3 to 5 times a week.

I like the Atkins shakes. I drink them in the mornings when I don't have time for breakfast and after my workouts.

I love chocolate donettes. I can't have them around or I won't leave them alone until they are gone. I don't even buy them anymore.

I like to take a wheat tortilla, put some tomato sauce on it, a 1/2 cup of mozzarella and whatever other topping you might want and little parmasean and it only takes a few minutes too bake. I don't own a scale so I have only been able to weight every 6 to 8 weeks when I go to the doctor. I do, however, measure my waist and hips every week. Seems much less stressful than weighing.

Just try small things at first like parking further away from work or the store. Instead of sitting during my break, I walk around my work area. Take the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator. Just move more during your day. It is a place to start. Good luck.
