BUT DID YOU WATCH THE VIDEO? She is strong, very muscular. I think she is amazing. OP thanks for sharing. Very inspiring. And Bobby, if she is fat, I want to be fat like that.

I am taking back my self esteem. I believe I am worth the weight loss journey and focusing on myself.

awesome!! During my journey I am looking at more healthy NSVs that don't include weight loss. I know that as I get healthier, the weight will come. Again, Great Job! Keep it up and don't you just love C25k

great, now my pencil rolled away and I must go find it. Guess that is a good thing. Now, under the boobs, not gonna be so good.

I have really bad TMJ also and I have noticed recently that I don't need to take pain nearly as much. I am not in nearly as much pain and before, I had days where the pain would get so bad that I could not function at all.

mine are a Big Mac from Mc Donalds and cheese, cheese, cheese. I try to stay away from McDonalds and not have cheese in the house or I have just a little bit. Funny thing is, I never want a Big Mac any other time.

Oh, guys don't wear shoes?
-
UMMM I really don't like math. It counts my calories and my carbs (kinda low carbing to be a good example for my diabetic husband)

I like to reward my self with shoes and purses. They will still fit when I lose all of my weight and well, I just love them.

I'm in 477 for today

Good for you. That is huge, being able to say no. I however, could not say no yesterday to my husbands grandmother's coconut cake, but I made it fit into my macros for the day.

I think that accepting that we may have some bad days and mess up is a big part of the battle. Congratulations on starting your journey. Good Luck

I love running in the quiet of the morning, before the neighborhood gets going. It seems it is just me and some rabbits out and about. The quiet of the morning allows me to clear my mind and just enjoy the run. I started running with my daughter and I would never tell her this, but I prefer to run alone. In high school and…

last night I had to change clothes several times to find a pair of pants that were not too big!!!!!! and today, a lady at church asked how much weight I've lost and how have I done it. I really needed that this weekend

I agree that it is an amazing program and you will get addicted to the results. I looooove it. My husband has also been doing it, he has missed some days and is still getting amazing results.

I like ice cream, but soooooo not worth it.

DISAGREE!!! When I first started tracking my calories and other nutrients, I was surprised at how much I was actually eating. I think for me IT IS A MUST. Even after 6 months of logging my meals, I was shocked the other day at how many I had at a July 4th barbecue and I ate less than most of the adults there.
-
thanks, that gives some great ideas and I love that he chose the Cheesecake factory

Good Luck at the Highland games! I just resigned from my position as a throws coach for a local high school and some of my boys would enter some of the competitions here in North Carolina.

That's what I am talking about. A Nerdy jock:heart:

I disagree about salads. You must be careful because many of them have more calories than the other food. Most Chain restaurants have nutrition information online as for other restaurants, ask for the information. Most of the local places that I eat at are very nice about giving me information.
-
multi vitamin and Calcium and D each day and if I feel like I am getting sick or a lot of my students are sick, some vitamin C and maybe a zinc.
-
sugar for hiccups (actually seemed to work) Pickle juice for an upset stomach or muscle cramps (supposedly some study was done that says this actually works also) chlorox on mosquitoe bites until we were at the beach and a girl that was with us got it in her eye My mother-in-law did the alcohol thing for fevers also
-
def making these soon
-
this looks tasty!

You said your body is changing. Forget the scale. I do weigh on mine, but that is not the sole source of information for my weightloss journey. I look at measurements, how clothing fits (a big one for me) and other NSVs like I ran further today than before etc. If your body is changing, it is working, just keep working it.

sooooo I married one of those cheap guys. I thought, at least I will alwayls have money for food and a house. However, I would be concerned that he used the excuse of not wanting to spend money to not go out one night. Rent a movie and cook dinner together. Nice night and not so expensive.
