On Wednesday morning just after I get up and go to the bathroom. Why not Monday - I eat Sunday lunch at my mother in laws and she cooks with lots of salt. Monday's weight is always up.

Try a warm bath about an hour before bedtime and then some chamomile tea. During this stay away from the cell phone and the computer.

Don't panic. My jeans did the same thing. I am now on week 4 and those jeans were too lose today. Keep at it! It will work for you if you just work it (my son says this to me all the time - I don't know how he got so wise as he just turned 13 today)

I love Brooks but I really recomend you go to a store like Fleet Feet that will fit you for the right shoe for your stride, etc. socks, def. synthetic but I like the ones that give a little support in the arch also.
