After having 2 kids and a husband who plays football and eats WHATEVER he wants, I found myself way over weight. I finally buckled down and lost 50 pounds! 10 more to go and I'll have hit my goal!

I usually do an hour class at my gym, which could be Zumba or a cardio/weights class or kickboxing. I try to get a little bit of everything in. Thank you!
