I agree! Love these and they are so light, not at all thick or hard to chew like some bars. My fave is the chocolate!

5'7", GW is 135, but more concerned with gaining muscle. I've lost over 60 pounds so far and I've kept it off for 3 years! Still working on those last few pounds. Training for a half marathon in April.

I use Pandora and switch between stations. Usually Paramore for some rock and dubstep and my pop and hip hop workout station for some upbeat music when I run. Lots of options on there.

I used to turn to food. I had several circumstances that were beyond my control and I would just eat myself silly. Now, the disappointment angers me and I push myself to exercise. I have a polar and it works great. I use it to track calories and my heart rate. I especially like that it keeps track of my workouts, calories burned and length of time exercising. I say, pick one to try and see if you like it, if you don't return it and get the other!
