I'm 5'5, 126 lbs. I eat a lot of greek yogurt, eggs, fruits & veggies, nuts, and lean meats. I'm never hungry. I try to make sure all of my calories are quality calories and as clean as possible.

Are you calling this healthy because you added protein powder and applesauce? It's still a cookie with a full cup of flour and a combined full cup of sugar. I love quinoa; it's so versatile. I use it for cold salads, warm sides, but most often as my main dish. I just bring 1 &1/4 cups of water to boil then add 1 cup of quinoa and turn it down to simmer for 12 minutes.
