Broccoli with garlic and cashews. Microwave or boil florets of broccoli. Lightly fry up thinly sliced garlic in a pan, add broccoli and cashews. Yum!

I'm doing the 30-day shred, but I'm not sure which DVD to move on to next. I'd preferably like to go from easiest to hardest, or are they all about the same? I have heard Ripped in 30 is a lot harder than 30-day shred?

I buy a punnet of blueberries and snack on those. can eat them mindlessly like popcorn and it doesn't matter if you eat the whole punnet.
