I had the same "forehead smack" moment yesterday but I was using the foot position from the static lunge for the Bulgarian Split Squat. I saw someone doing a variation of the Bulgarian and was like DUH! Did the correct foot position for workout B3.

I'm 33 and I"ve definitely noticed that it doesn't come off as easy as it use to. In my 20's I could eat whatever I wanted and lose weight as long as I exercised. Hmm...didn't think about how close you have to get when you're spotting someone on a barbell squat. It wasn't a big deal with my boyfriend probably different with a stranger. And the staff? Just one guy at the front at 5:00 AM. Maybe I'll switch to dumbbells. Thanks for your comments guys.
