I find it socially difficult, and mentally difficult, to completely eliminate. But I applaude you for being able to do that. I'll start with limiting, and see where that goes.

A tip that helps me limit...use a shot glass or other measuring device, even for wine. Usually when I'm not paying attention, I free hand it and can pour WAY too much. This way, I can better track/control my intake, and account for the calories too. Have a swell weekend,

Just tracking my drinks helps me limit. Had 3oz of tequila with a wedge of lime last night. 210 cals. May consider eliminating it after the holidaze.

yeah, the creamer is a killer. Get back to straight black coffee, like most things sweet, it'll take a bit of time to lose the craving.

Get some dumb bells, and start walking and/or riding a bike for 45-60+ minutes daily. Eventually, I invested in a treadmill and recumbent stationary bike for bad weather days...and for winter time. I hate the gym...
