If you want to change, you should do it. It's your body and the decision is up to you. Personally, I think you'd be fine with just trying to tone up.

Instant oatmeal with high fiber ~160 Greek Yogurt ~140 Fruit (your choice) ~50 Green Breakfast Shake 1/2 an avocado ~120 1/2 cup spinach ~3 1/4 cucumber ~20 3 Tbsp plain greek yogurt ~50 1/2 cup milk of your choice ~40 Ice Toast & Peanut butter ~100 Those are some of my usual breakfasts. I feel like my super thin mat makes me slide more, but then again it was about $10... I don't like the 1/8 inch mats, however, because it feels like I'm doing my practice on a tempur pedic. The mat I use the most is Gaiam's green tea mat, and I'm not sure of the thickness, but the quality makes it the perfect medium.
