I always make a big batch of soup, sometimes two and freeze whatever extra we have. So on weeks when I don't prepare so much, then I can run to the freezer. Maybe you can make more at dinner time so you have leftovers for lunch as well?

Today I used Spinach, fresh strawberries, frozen mixed berries, frozen peaches, vanilla greek yogurt, some water and ice.

I love Polar Seltzer waters. I drink one liter a day - sometimes more. The container says "Contains Carbonated water, natural flavors"

I don't really have any low calorie recipes, but my kids and I have been using it for everything! We've made Pillsbury cinnamon buns, boxed corn muffins and even potato hasbrowns in it...so think outside of the box - you will be surprised at what you can make in a fraction of the time!

This sounds amazing! I am going to have to look for it!

I currently have way too many carrots in the fridge too! I think I am going to make a carrot soup. That way I can freeze the leftovers. http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/carrot_soup.html http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/curried_carrot_apple_soup.html
