I just started a round - day 3 is today! I did a round a coupe years ago and did ok. But my nutrition is much better now (after doing the 21df a few times) so I am hoping to have some great results!

Back from vacation. totally let loose and my body hates me. Gained about 8 pounds. Going to use this week to refocus and try to drop a few pounds. Then I am going back to the original 21DF for a solid 21 days of not cheating!

I drink my coffee black, but I agree....if you are having one cup a day - I wouldn't worry too much about it. This is a lifestyle, not a diet - you need to live :)

I had two great pregnancies, no morning sickness, nothing! Easy the whole time :) It can happen! Although I did gain a lot of weight, that is the only thing I would have changed

@noelleyaya - Congrats! I think you are fine to do the fix while pregnant. I would first check with your doctor though. Eventually you will need to add in extra calories for the baby - and you should probably eat at a maintenance level too.

BEWARE - I have T25 - and although I haven't completed the program yet -it is not always 25 minutes! that doesn't include warm up or cool down and there is a double day every week

Besides almonds/nuts, what are other crunchy/salty snacks that you enjoy? I am looking for some new ideas to keep me on track. Right now my snacks are , cucumbers, peppers with guacamole, fruit (cherries, apples, strawberries) and kind bars/nuts.
