  • Not at all. That dish was red, green, yellow and a tsp. the spinach probably was 1-2 more green but I decided not to count it because of the low caloric value (I know not good but I really struggle not eating more green!!). And the guacamole is a blue.

  • @walkdmc - So far I am really enjoying the Extreme. Although I think I prefer the regular pilates. I really enjoy the lifting heavier and drop weights, I feel like I will be upping my weights really soon to push harder :) I do see myself doing a hybrid of both programs as a long term plan.

  • Everyone is doing great! I'm impressed. Today is day...3 I think. Pilates extreme. Was extreme. The calorie burn was nothing amazing and I'm disappointed in that. But man did my arms and legs shake quite a bit. I'll be doing another workout later because I only registered a 117 calorie burn

  • Horrible round 3 results here :( -1.6 pounds and -2.75 inches (actually gained in my midsection :( ) But three rounds down and a total of 11.6 pounds gone and 22.13 inches gone forever. Onto 21DFX

  • I track my weight daily on an app on my phone. I like to see the fluxes and it also helps me see how long it could take me to reach my goal - it projects my huge goal into mini goals too!
  • @kathymford - My calories seem to vary every day - I am in the lowest bracket and somedays I am eating 1,100 and others I am at like 1,450. It all depends on the meals I make, the more ingredients (even if they are "free" on 21DF) the more the calories per day. If I eat "boring" on a day - those tend to be the lower…

  • You can do it! Get a store bought rotisserie chicken and shred that up. Grab some frozen veggies. Measure it out and you have a meal. I also will make some brown rice and quinoa in advance and freeze them in single serving bags, add that to the meal too!
  • Not approved. The whole point is to eat a cleaner less processed diet. The sodium and junk in those meals are not good.
