  • @SatiaRenee - You mean the P90X ab ripperX? That is the BEST (or worst LOL) ab workout ever! Once upon a time I could almost get through it - I won't even attempt it again for a while

  • It's not fake. You are still eating the calories. It's a good mix up for the body. I'll probably do it again as I love the idea of carb depletion.

  • I have them in tiny Tupperware containers. But I saw autumn use hers on a YouTube video. She got little shaker bottles at the dollar store. Like salt shakers! I have to do that.

  • I will chime in and agree. I had been watching calories and exercising prior to the 21DF. I started following the nutrition plan and it is amazing how much more satisfied I am with my food. Eating clean has done wonders for me :) And the plan has helped me reach the macros and avoid junk. I think the workouts are good…

  • Ok, so I guess the point isn't really lower calorie, but a carb depletion. Although I knew it had something to do with carbs, I had no idea that that was actually a thing. A little of reading on carb depletion and I get it!
  • If I have a loss....I hope I can sustain it, I plan to go right into round 2 Monday. If not I might never do it again. What calorie bracket are you in? I am just so confused, it is suppose to be more of a calorie deficit but it doesn't seem to be in my case.

  • All prepped for the 3 day quick fix. I weighed everything and it's 1,996 calories. Not too much lower then what I'm normally eating. I would say my average is 1,300. So I'm curious how this will work. I'm nervous!!
