Ok. Here is a snap shot of my recipe from the builder. For the record my raw chicken weighed at 1.3 pounds. I also used grade a dark Amber syrup

Turkey lettuce wraps. So good and so filling. I added a yellow of brown rice mixed with black beans. If you use just the lettuce leaf, which I did, it is 1red and 1green. Was awesome as leftovers for lunch too!!

Preparing is great! I like to have my whole week planned out so I don't stray. I know that might seem crazy to some, but I struggle with food so having it all written out and accounted for works for me. Plus I have my grocery list done

I have to double check it again, but It will be at least what my calorie intake is now I think. I will make sure to weight my food exactly so I have a good idea. I will keep you posted, my 3DQF starts a week from today (Can you say I like to be prepared? LOL)

I use an app that I record my daily weight and it gives me a good look at my weight history and such. Happy Scale I think it is called.

I hated the pilates too! my legs hate it :( I don't mind the yoga, I make sure to use it as a relaxing time with the lights dimmed. I know both are good for me so I am trying to focus on that. I am really a cardio nut, so adding the strength and stretching is new for me, but the results I am seeing make it soo worth it

Did you do the original 21 day fix? If so how do the workouts compare? I use a heart rate monitor to calculate my burn.

I just did a quick calorie check on a day of the 3DQF - I have to go weigh now much a portion of grilled chicken is...but it seems as if I will be consuming more calories then I am in a normal day.

You are right, I didn't realize it specifies the steamed part. Can I alternate my protein? I don't like fish, so I was thinking chicken and turkey...but what about lean pork? Or should I just alternate the chicken and turkey? I wonder if there is a reason that the turkey is the last meal of the day. I imagine I would get…

I like that you say they have quick cooking steel cut oats. I will get those. So 8 egg whites or liquid eggs....is it a red container of liquid egg whites before you cook or after? Loss of water maybe? I tend to weigh less after a run. But that is probably because I wasn't drinking to keep hydrated. I always weigh the least in the morning - first thing. That is the weight I track - anything else is just for my information.

I'm on week #2 and right now I am using 5 and 8. Last week some of that was hard, this week it is much better. I could probably use a 10 for some of the exercises.

I have done a modified P90X (a couple years ago), A full round of Insanity and a partial round of T25. I much prefer the 21 day fix to T25!
