  • yes mgp did tell me to eat 1200. I actually lowered it to 1000, but I think I am gonna put it up to 1200 again. I don't want my body to go into starvation mode, it may be in it now. Idk. But thanks everyone for the advice.
  • I'm totally opposite, I have been tracking my weight for 3 weeks eating no more that 1200 cal per day and I have only lost 4 lbs. I even put on 3 lbs since the last day I weighed. Very frustrating. I use to loose like you, but not anymore.
