hey krista welcome, i started jan 12 this year. MFP has been a god send to me. I have a goal of 150lbs friend me would love to give and recieve support.

mine is open to my friends, I log it all the good bad and ugly(lol friday nite spike from beer) i am not embarassed, it is what it is and 90 of the time I am doing well. I figure this is for me and if it helps anyone else great if not thats ok too

well i just decided to drink fridays only so i usually end up going over the next day i drink tons of water.Fridays are my cheat day, spike day so i can live with it. I am religious with sunday to monday workouts eating healthy and staying within calorie range. I have heard vodka and soda with lemon or lime or vodka water.…

I have the dvds too but decided to do a class, dong zumba gold which is the beginners class the instructor takes time going through the steps the first couple of classes wee lots of repitition but the intensity has increased and it is a super workout

the first week i concentrated on diet then started walking week two 1 mile a day then 2 now doing 3 push aquafit and zumba once each per week it hasnt taken long to start having more stamina and energy thing is to keep building on the lifestyle change

i am new too i have a few dvds i am using the 5 day slim down - a mile each morning so far so go plan is to do a mile a morning for two weeks then do two miles a morning week one done bring on week two
