i tried it years ago it was called something else. Really what is does is give you SORRY greasy poop and diareaha depending on how much fat grease you eat. I did lose a bit but nothing eating health wont also do

ok I did this 3 weeks ago also in a boot no weight on foot. watch calorie intake drink lots of water do upper body weights. I am still losing only about a lb a week.

I just broke my ankle waiting to see if I need pins. I am bummed no wight on my leg at all. I have done a little upper body strength training not much. Thank goodness i have awesome friends who have cooked for me (yes low fat low cal) they are awesome. someone mentioned yoga if anyone can recomeend something I am all ears…

when u break an ankle and your coworkers offer to make meals and preface saying yes we know low cal low sodium lots of protein and fibre

lol this is great i just broke my ankle and thats all i can do and some resistance bands

ok not a morning person but into a routine in am 30 to 45 minutes pay off and what i tell myself is i am totaaly awake ake energized i will continue to burn calories for a few hours into my day that being said i just broke my ankle so things suck right now

i use a 36 oz bottle 2 minimum when i dont have it i usually dont drink enough

i had mine out lke 18 yrs ago but experienced pain then looked at what i ate Once i eliminated or seriously reduced rich butter fried i was ok try cutting out butter margarine cream heavy milk dont fry anything see how that works

Yup I relate, I got a FT 7 polar last week and it was the same thing, then I realized I was eating back calories I thought i burned so now I just increased my exercise time. and know exactly what i am burning. But I too was bummed for a couple days
