I'm not. I saw a few former contestants speak a few months back and it made me feel sorry for them. Their relationship with food was so unhealthy. They let food get in the way of seeing family and friends. The guy hadn't gone home since his time on the show because he knew there would be unhealthy food there.

I eat plain oatmeal because I'm boring like that. I also workout first thing in the morning so I have my post-workout shake with breakfast. Its just a banana, spinach, and some vanilla protein powder

I bought WiiFit a few years ago and used it heavily for about a month. Now i use it once a week as a glorified scale.

Once a week. I weight myself every Sunday when I first wake up.

Born and raised in the great state of Iowa, but I've been living in New Jersey for 3 years now

Good luck on your journey! Its hard work, but it can and will happen for you!

You got this Tom! Even if we don't know you personally, all of us believe in you and know you can do this!

I had to delete and block it from my Facebook. The levels with the chocolate were making me rage.

I have the same problem. With exercise and all that, my net calories are way under. But I'm just not hungry.

Yep. I have two jobs and a tight budget. I usually make something in the Crockpot on Saturday and eat that for dinner during the week. I've always done the same thing for breakfast and lunch. I don't want to waste my time thinking of things to bring to work for lunch, so I just make the same thing. I worry that if I…

I don't have them linked because I find it annoying when people brag daily/weekly about their workouts/diets on there. I only post when I hit milestones. I posted the first time I fit in single digit pants and I posted the day I became "half the woman I once was."

Personally, I log every day, even those days that will be oh so calorie filled. Its a habit for me-the app on my phone makes it easy for me. I try not to freak if I have one terrible day every so often. But I say enjoy your day off and have fun!

It took close to five years, but I lost 130lb on my own. The pics are on my profile. It started with just living a more active lifestyle (walking to class, working a lot) then it transformed to an overall lifestyle change-no fast food, no soda, all that jazz. I still have around 10 or so pounds left to go, but I'm in the…

I'm Danielle! I'm 27 and very motivated. I don't comment on every status, but I try to be encouraging. I also log every single day, even days I know are going to be...well, terrible. Feel free to add me!

I saw this topic on my sidebar and thought it was about me for a second. I like being 27, not married, and no kids. If something happens in the future, it happens. but I'm happy with my life.

I desperately miss my home state and want to return there....just not today :)

I personally have the One and I love it. I wear it on my waist and I don't have to worry about it. If I'm correct, the main difference between the two is that the One also tracks sleep. So if you don't want that feature, I'd go with the cheaper one.

Free free to add me. I keep an open diary, but don''t always eat the healthiest, but I usually stay in my daily goal. I don't beat myself up over going over once and a while (heck, I went over a lot at Easter)

Feel free to add me too!

Mine is pretty simple: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 Banana 1 cup spinach The banana/spinach shake is something I had tried years ago, so when I decided to add a protein powder to my routine I knew what I wanted for a shake.
