You can friend me. I've been paleo and primal at times for 2 yrs. My 1st year I was excellent these last 6 months haven't been real good. Recommitted to strict paleo 10 days ago and feel great again.

Been primal for 10 months. I've done ok, but my weight loss had really slowed down. I started tracking food on MFP and staying in my BMR range, and I've lost 2 lbs in 10 days. I think the tracking has highlighted the little stuff that crept back in to my diet.

Those are fantastic improvements on your numbers. I ran it in 04'. It is a great race. Very cool w/ all the Marines there. I stayed in Crystal City, a bit less expensive, but quick on the subway. I was thinking about doing it again this year too.

My thoughts.... I don't think you really can. If the person is overweight, they know they need to do something about it, and its not good for their health. You're not telling them new news. Unfortunately everyone has to do it at their own pace.

I'm 5'1". Went from 193 to 153 (today). Long road but those pounds really make a difference. I still have 25 to go.

My trainer suggested a bit of dark dark chocolate. The 70-85% dark chocolate. It's helped me. I also try and anticipate it, so I know if I'm craving something, I know why.
