Yes, I have push up bars and would highly recommend them. They are easy on the wrist and you can make every push up that much deeper.

I have a FT7 and I ran into the same thing. It was reporting my calorie burn wayyyy higher than what I was estimating. But I think it is pretty accurate and the problem was with my estimation skills. :-)

I've only logged three days from P90X but here are my results: Chest and back: 908 Plyo: 1048 Shoulders: 665 Polar FT7 HRM I'm 29, 185 pounds.

My scale was stuck for three weeks till yesterday it started moving down again. It happens time to time. Just do the right things and with time it will come off.

Light Mayo is pretty light on calories right? Why bother with a substitute. Just keep your portions in check.

The biggest shock to me when I lost 90 pounds was losing a shoe size. I went from a 9 1/2 wide to a 8 1/2 normal.

I turn 30 in July. Not dreading it to much, but there are times I'm like "Wow, I'm getting old" and "Where did the last decade go?". I spent (wasted?) my 20's on my career. I just got married a couple of months ago and I plan on spending my 30's focused on family and enjoying life! :-)

I got a HRM for valentines day too (how romantic!). My problem was the opposite, I was burning far more calories then I was guesstimating.

I work out after work during the week and in the morning on Saturday. Just a matter of personal preference.

I've done P90X twice over the last couple of years. Loved it and got amazing results. I plan to start back up on it in the next couple of weeks.

I've seriously given up on studies trying to claim what is good or bad for you. One week choclate is bad, the next it is good. How many times have they flip flopped on coffee? It is seriously scary to think schools has something called the "lunch inspector". It isn't anyone's business what parents feed their kids. That parent had sent their kid a pretty healthy meal, probably something far more healthy then what the school fed them. Hell will freeze over before I send my kids to the sorry excuse…

Met on PlentyOfFish.com exactly a year ago... timing wasn't right but we became Facebook friends. We finally met and went out last April, engaged in July, Married in November, and now been married for three AMAZING months!

Yourshape 2012 has a cooldown add on you can purchase and download on the Xbox. Haven't tried it yet myself though. I use yoga or Zen as cooldown workouts.

I use the YourShape 2012 game, my wife uses YourShape and DanceCentral. We log them as custom activities and just enter the calories the games display.

One time when I was dieting a couple of years ago I was stuck on the scale. I upped my calories and carbs and quickly started dropping weight again. I was however exercising a LOT at the time.
