I love mine. I use it everyday and night (it tracks sleep). It really keeps me motivated to move and hit my FitBit goals.

I completely agree! I was given 1200 for a 2 lbs a week loss and I've lost 27 lbs since Jan 2nd. 1200 is common if you want to lose 2 lbs a week. If you exercise you can eat back your calories.

Drives me insane!!!! Last month was really bad. Between the hormones and weight gain I wanted to cry. It made me depressed. I've lost it all and then some after, but I'm not looking forward to this month. :grumble:

I'm 100% vegan and I find all sorts of delicious healthy recipes out there. Keep in mind you can still be a fat vegan, I'm proof. There are amazing vegan desserts and foods out there that are not healthy.

I don't get full, but I'm not hungry anymore after I cook a meal. I have to force myself to eat it. There are times when I buy food and I'm not hungry anymore by the time I get home, so it makes me wonder if I was ever really hungry in the first place or was I just bored.

These replys really make me wish I were tall. I'm 5'2" at 192 and wear a 16-18 pant. I'm a DD so I wear a 14-16 top or XL. I am the epitomy of hourglass shape.

I'm on 1200 calories a day and I usually don't eat all of them. Some days I go a little over, but it's because I have exercise calories to eat. I've lost 22 lbs since Jan 2. I love Angelina and I agree she is WAY too skinny right now. However her humanitarian work, and love for her children and Brad overshadow that for me and I find her beautiful. Her best look in movies was Mr. & Mrs. Smith and she was breathtaking in The Tourist.

I've had many, but the one that comes to mind is a half a brick of Costco size sharp cheddar cheese with salsa. I used the cheese as chips. I'm sad to say I can no longer have dairy, but if I could I would probably do this again.... I guess not having dairy is good for the diet.

I was JUST thinking the same thing. I look at my diary and the only thing that I eat that contains a lot of sugar is fruit and that's what throws me over. It's been a 100g of grapes and a medium banana this week that's been throwning me off. I too would like some suggestions.
