  • I switched to sugar free, less calories and I was not getting enough fat anyway. So far, I am still losing weight so I will keep having it, although I do not necessarily object to parting ways with it ... just not yet :-)
  • Good luck with your journey, friend request sent.
  • Not sure which one is better, but I love both equally. Elliptical will work out your arms, treadmill less so. It's safer to "run backwards" on the elliptical than on the treadmill - at least for me. I know the treadmill steps are counted on my fitbit, whereas on the elliptical they are not. My feet also tend to go numb on…
  • I can't offer much advice, just encouragement to pick up the pieces every time you slip up and keep carrying on. I have on multiple occasions not done this, and just given up only to see my weight balloon up leading to more depressed feelings and emotional eating. So just keep going, occasional slips or not. • Good luck with your journey. We are here to help :-).
  • I am sorry to hear you had to struggle with ED. I would like to add you to my friends, if you don't mind.

In this sense, we are all in the same boat. And speaking for myself, I am ALWAYS hungry too. So keeping my calories to/near/under my daily allowance is very hard. French…
  • Love the story. I am a vegetarian, I would say almost a vegan as I eat very little cheese or milk or eggs. I love the lifestyle although for me it was a rather ethical decision, than a health conscious one. Although my doctor is loving my blood work results for a while now. Good luck sticking to your diet.
