Also- you may want to check with your insurance company. Some plans include free gym memberships. Ours does but it is only for adults and the included gym does not have child programs so we happily pay the Y so our kids can be fit as well!

I go to the Y here in my town. We pay $200.00 every 6 months and that is for the entire family. It includes child size gym with child care assist. All classes and indoor heated pool.

My fallback is fish. Good lean fish, grilled or broiled with a great rub plus sum yummy sides like a fresh salad, grilled zuchini, or even broccoli. and end it with some fresh strawberries, a touch of splenda and no sugar cool whip! wonderful and low in calories!

I think we all get this mind set sometimes- Ive had a hard time late at night lately. Try to reward yourself with something noneatable. Like if you get from sat to fri without the extra icecream u can get yourself a new bag or lipstick or earrings....etc.... u get it! ;)

If I work out I dont put it on until after my calories are done for the day. So if I eat what I am allowed Im fine, then what I burned is just extra. If you have fat stores to burn you are ok.

My 10 year old girl is just like this- to top it off she has to take a med that takes away her appetite so it is sssssoooooo hard. She is about 4 foot 8 and only 58lbs. Plus my middle child has very bad foos allergies. I like the carrot and meat idea- she might actualy eat that. Thanks

1520 is fine- you will not starve and put on weight- but try not to go much under this. I am assuming this was put with no exercise calculated in.
