I did a new dvd today, Kristin McGee S3, Strong, Sexy, Svelte. It was yoga with weights, then pilates, then yoga. The yoga with weights absolutely kicked my butt!

I love love love half moon. It's tough, but somehow it just makes me feel so open and good. I struggle a lot with crow. I'm FINALLY able to get my feet off the ground for a few seconds.

I do Pilates 2x a week.

I was practicing solo outside, in the driveway (lol) all summer. It just this week got too dark to go outside at 6AM. I miss the fresh air and seeing the sky while I practice. I do have a great yoga area in the house though, so I'm all set for the cold, dark, winter!

I think transitioning to non WW food will be good for you in general. Just transition slowly, add calories until things stabilize. Good luck.

I put a bun way up on top of my head, and then use a yoga headband to keep any straggling hairs out of my eyes.

I had an MFP friend who went through this. She found a book on emotional eating that really helped her. She had to stop logging, it was making her upset. I think this site is great for some people (me!) but not everyone.

I lost all my weight doing yoga and pilates. It works SO WELL for me. I practice 7 days a week, 5 yoga, 2 pilates. I only use DVDs, can't spare the time to go to a studio. I have a list of the dvds I use if anyone is interested.

Just an update, I'm at 1740 + exercise cals now. which is usually another 200. I could probably go up a bit, since I seem to be down a lb, but I feel like I'm at a level now that I can eat what I like, so I'm not like 'yearning' for more calories.

I had a bad experience with the copper iud as well. If you google it, there are a lot of women who have. I had mine out, and I'm glad. Glad you feel better!

Sugar - treats, in coffee, even fruit. Now that I'm in maintenance, I've added fruit back in, but that's it. I'm glad to be rid of that habit!

I just increased to 1700 today, plus exercise calories. I always get a little stressed out about it, and usually don't eat all the calories right away, but it's nice to be able to add.

Thanks so much to everyone, for understanding, it truly means a lot to me. That is so interesting about the BMI guidelines being assoc. with age and ethnicity. I'm 38 years old, and not Asian, so that motivates me even more to make sure that I stay where I am, at a BMI of 20.5.

On her podcast, she's talked about how they basically forced her to be a character, and that's not really her. She's very compassionate with all the callers. I love her. I bet if you asked ex BL contestants, they would have good things to say.
