I haven't been on here for awhile, but I'm so happy to see this community is more active! Happy to add new friends if anyone wants to add me.

I love yogaglo, I literally use it every single day. If I were on a desert island, it's one of the things I would beg to take with me.

Meeee! I'm totally addicted to yogaglo, I use it every day. I normally queue up a practice at night for the next morning, and I stream it on my mac. If I'm traveling, I download a few practices to my phone.

I personally find baby crow a lot more difficult than regular crow. I think my face being that close to the ground freaks me out! For crow, you gotta get your knees as far up on your tricep as possible, and then bend your arms like chaturunga, a LOT. You need that shelf to balance on. Then try just lifting one foot at a…

Mary 10 seconds is more than a couple! ;) Part of me wonders if I'd be getting further if I could practice in a spot where I could do a split leg, but my handstand spot wouldn't work for that, and there isn't really an alternative. So, maybe it's best I just continue to focus on the classic yoga straight leg.

Thanks Carl! I need to re-read your full response when I have a little more time. On Bakasana, what I did is put something to look at (one of my daughters old toys, a little flower thing) a few inches in front of my mat to remind me to keep looking forward, not down. It's really helped!

Thanks so much Mary! I am going to go if at all possible!!

I used to do Pilates 2x a week, just to mix it up a little, but then I just ended up missing my yoga so much on those days, I decided to go with my heart and do yoga.

Wow, this is great Mary, I think I need to print it out! Thanks.

Not really. :( My husband will keep me from going over, but he doesn't know anything about handstands. I've been looking for an inversions workshop in the Boston area, but no luck yet.

You know what's funny, in the yogaglo classes I do, I've done so many classes with the same instructors, that I recognize a lot of the regulars! And I even know some of their names, since the teachers will say them now and again.

Awesome! I'm a home practice girl too. I use Yogaglo.

Well, I found this article. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/08/07/yoga-desk-job_n_3707818.html But there is a specific one I have found so helpful... I'll keep looking online. Also, if you have 2 blocks, put one under your lower back on the middle level, and the other on the lowest level just below your shoulder blades.…

I love this post. I practice yoga every day. I'm lost if I don't. The body changes and weight loss are just a great bonus.
