yoga teacher training less a week away!!!

Excited! I head to Austin to train for HeavyWeight Yoga teacher training in a week! I am so so so excited to do this. I hurt my shoulder and was not able to do my Baptiste Yoga training this spring like planned, so I am just reversing some plans, I will get it all done, it may just take a little longer. I will be the first person offering HWY in Houston 
I have always promised myself I will never stop trying to get people on the mat and experiencing yoga. Through working with amputees, and obese kids, and just WHINING till my friends come over and do yoga (lolol - love you all) I can now add this!
One of the best NSV's I've had to date.

Enjoy your time with Abby - she's super nice - we met at a Judith Lasaster workshop about 6 years ago. I doubt she would remember me, but I remember her. I didn't know anyone there, and I was feeling awkward. She made me feel welcome. Good luck with your teacher training.0
