I switched a few years ago from half and half to 2% milk, just recently I've stopped putting sugar in my coffee. I'm still getting used to it, but I think I'm finally rounding the corner. Yes, my rings are so loose, and I'm very worried I'll lose one!

Adding in a cup of tea with milk in the afternoon has helped me get used to 1200 calories.

I actually just did, and it was good! I mean, I'm on meds for it, but it's well controlled.

I eat a piece of wheat toast with 2 TSP of low fat cream cheese.

I only do yoga. I know it probably is against the grain around here, but I see huge changes in my body, and I'm losing weight, so I'm sticking with it!

I'm really happy I found this thread. I'm 138.8, trying to get to 137. i am FREEZING and STARVING lately. I am very anxious about even eating my exercise calories. I need to get over it.

I'm 5 foot 8, 142 today, and really to get to 137 so I can stay below 140, even on a bad day.

I think the BMR charts are way too low for most guys. My DH is about your height, and I think he's about 200. He's slim. I think between 200 and 210 would be a great goal, but why not start with a goal of 220 and see how you feel?
