I have a color one on my foot. I love it! But, it's only 3 years old and could use a touch up of color. I might check and see how much it would cost to add color and shading to it. But, I love my color tattoos just the same! I'm like a lot of y'all my husband has a bunch of tattoos too...but I will admit..I think they're…

I know this isn't a butterfly, but I think the colors like this are awesome; thought you might think this is interesting :) As for the whole wrist thing, A LOT of people get tattoos on their wrist, so I don't think people will think that.
^^^This is beautiful!!!
Thank you that is really pretty! But way…

Pretty sure I'm going tonight to get this tattoo. I think I will still get it on my wrist.

Thanks y'all for the replies. This will be my 4th so not new to this but of course it is permanent. I have one on my foot that I love because I can see it. I want this multicolor tattoo to really be a representation of me and therefore would like it somewhere I can see easily. :blushing: I think I will go ahead and get it…

Thanks y'all for the sugar substitute ideas. I'm definitely going to look into using stevia if it can be heated! Thanks again y'all. I'm definitely making this for lunches next week. I also got a really good recipe I'm going to try this weekend. If it turns out good I'll post separately. But if any of y'all like guacamole…

That's how I've made it in the past with regular distilled vinegar. But I tried the apple cider vinegar and when you heat it up it dissolves the sugar better. Man the apple cider gave it a good zing. Love it this way!

It makes a pretty big bowl. I think we got 10 servings out of the bowl I brought to our family's Mother's day get together. I didn't have any left and I didn't use dill or anything. I wonder if Splenda could work as a substitute for this. If anyone has used Splenda let me know. I have a pic of it, but I don't know how to…

I just entered the recipe into my food calculator. The sugar does add a lot of calories. This is the totals for cucumbers, tomatoes, 1/2 onion, vinegar, and sugar. Here's the totals it gave me: Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Total: 579 41 2 9 37 Per Serving: 97 7 0 2 6 (6 servings per bowl) Almost all of those calories…

I try to get a sweet onion if they're available.

I just made this tonight because it sounded so good! I made a few alterations. I used pinto beans instead of black beans. It was so yummy! Thanks for the recipe! :) The hubby ate it up to!

Wow..well, I was just trying to provide some articles about cloned animals in the food industry. Articles which you obviously have not even bothered to look at. I thought this was a place to share information with one another, not attack each other and call each other's posts absurd. I personally think it's unethical to…
-
Yes, I understand what a cloned animal is. And, I also understand that most cloned animals are not created for food but for breeding. That's why, no you may not be eating cloned animal's meat, but you are eating a cloned animal's offspring. And, it is still disturbing to me. I'm not trying to fear monger anyone. But, it's…

Awesome! Thanks acg. I appreciate your help and advice. I still have two weeks worth of the vitapak, but I don't think I'll be buying it again. I will definitely look into your suggestions. It would be nice to find something that has beneficial ingredients with "super foods" that tastes good. I love having a smoothie in…

I have a question for Acg. I had been thinking about shakeO because I thought it would help me get more nutrients. However, I can't really afford anything like that. I bought this powder before I found this thread: http://amazinggrass.com/product/25/Chocolate-Green-SuperFood-30-servings.html Can you take a look and see if…

Thanks Kayleen! That's how I got 6 servings this morning! I love me some green smoothies!
-
Hmmm, I will have to give that recipe a whirl. I know I haven't built up my green smoothies where I can do just kale, but if I mix it with spinach I'm ok. Thanks for the recipe! :)

This is very true! Your mindset is just as important! Congrats to you for being so close to your goal! I have a long way to go. But, if you've had the determination to get this far, I'm sure you'll have the determination to stick with your exercise and healthy eating to maintain your weight loss. :)

Awesome! I do love the motivator pics. I try to add to those when I see some cool ones. Or, I'll add them to a post.

Awesome! I'll check these out! It doesn't have to be just about weight loss. I enjoy staying connected with MFP friends. And, it's nice to read about other things besides weight loss. Looking forward to perusing new blogs! :flowerforyou:

Thanks! So glad I know what folks are talking about now. :flowerforyou:

That's awesome! I'm new here and kind of confused though. What does NSV stand for? I'm guessing something victory? And what does it mean when you post "bump". Thanks
