A week 2 "do over" is what I am going to do. Still going to do my day 3 tomorrow but start fresh next week.

Got my second day of week two in . Not been feeling good this week but still pressing on. Hope to get day three in on Saturday and and finish better then I started. If I don't do I redo week two over?:frown:

Week 1 day 2. The first day I used the workout written on this message board. The time went so fast and I really enjoyed it. Tonight I started with using the couch2-5k treadmill workout, it was too much switching back and forth for me. So, half way I switched back to the original one.

Tonight I started with the training. It was very enjoyable to my surprise! The 30 min went by so fast that I went over:smile:
