i kind of fell off the wagon the last few days, had my husbands and my sons birthday and parties and it got really hectic, back to level 2 tonight. when does everyone do their workout?

Also, how is everyone logging in level 2, are you increasing at all? it seems like its more intense and would burn more, any thoughts?

i just finished Day 1 of level 2 last night, found it pretty intense, more so than level 1 which i was just finally starting to feel comfortable with. had to take 3 days off due to some seriuos scheduling at work and just not literally not havig that 25 mins till after 10pm and i was just too tired. i have walked every day though other than yesterday, today i fully intend to walk and then do the shred, so tonight will be day 7!

Hi guys, i just did day 6 on level 1 last night and i actually am feeling better, not as sore anymore and can feel a huge different in my endurence from day 1 and 2. Hoping this continues.

I did mine last night at 9pm, problem i found with that is that i'm hyper afterwards from working out and it takes me a while to come down. i would like to get up, but i already get up at 6, the though of getting up earlier is pretty unappealing to me. i'd like to know too when other people do this, i had to make myself…
