Ohhhhh nice, i like how you do that. I can't just drink the water if its just staring at me, but I am extremely thirsty and can toss a good amount back when I'm eating. I'll try your theory. I like that.

Find fullfilling foods that are low in calorie. I learned to replace breads with lower calorie breads, same with pastas and cheeses... Eat more fish, salads, lean meats. Nuts veggies and fruits. You can EAT SO MANY for 1200 cals. It's the choices you have to make. Choose wisely, eat proper portions.

OUR current challenge is now over =( How do you ladies feel after reaching a daily goal? Do you feel like if you didn't have a goal you may have slipped?
