You should be fine with the adjustments you made, but also, it is difficult surely when you are breastfeeding so you don't interrupt the integrity of your milk production. Your adjustments should be fine. I'd give it 1 more week. Check back here tho, let me know what is going on after that week?

I'm currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme too! I'm in the Push Phase. I just LOVE her as a trainer and like how my body is taking shape and how strong i've become.

You can do it. First things first, is that negative voice that gives us 'other' things to do then work out. It only takes 30-60 minutes a day. If you can't give 60, try 30. I KNOW you have 30. Don't listen to that voice. When you feel that voice coming on, change it to, "it's only 30 minutes, this is good for me, let's do…
