  • I do not own one but saw a bunch on clearance at walmart, looked up reviews while I was there and they were pretty mixed so I decided I didnt need it but check your local walmart this was recent you may be able to get it for closer to $50 :)

  • I think shakes are great but I do eat food I would say replace the fruit and v8 with lean meat and veggies best luck with what you do decide
  • can't or dont want to it should be frozen by veggies. The best I can think of is green peas but they do not have as much protein.....

  • Ok might not appeal to most but the original garden Burger while it is heating in a pan throw a serving of peas in the microwave. when the Burger is done cook an egg in the pan serve with cottage cheese.

  • most casserole dishes heat up well maybe if put in a good non leaking container. I love babybell or string cheese, laughing cow on crackers.
