I am seeing 416 cal in a small if you can fit that in your count eat up I would starve all day if I wasted that many thats how I convince myself not to eat it :)

Thanks I do believe it is a learning and plan to really sticking with it and figuring it out. The scale is moving since joining and I may have to change as I go but plan to get there

ohhh this is so me I will not even make some because I would be eating them. Have you had the frozen banana icecream?? That is my favorite and I almost always save calories for mine. the other one I like is coolwhip in graham crackers they are best if left in freezer for at least a day and I only make one at a time.

I have 3 kiddos and 1 is 2 keep introducing foods as you do not want them to stay picky. My 2 year old still loves pureed baby food and does not eat other veggies well and chicken is her favorite but do keep introducing I learned my older two are not good with vegies. My diary is open most always just under 1200 yes provided by mfp. a basic day is a shake 110 cal brkfast 7 am 100-150 cal snack 10 am 200-400 lunch 1 shake 3 pm 200-400 dinner 6 snack whatever is left around 7 the protein shakes help and as long as I keep vegies in there I am not hungry good luck

I find the sweets cookies and chocolate bring on cravings for meso I dont buy them only for that reason. I do however eat fruit and yogurt to help with wanting sugar.

Arctic Zero Just saying I read it and ran out and bought it ummmmm tastes like a frozen protein shake and not in a good way. And I drink 2 shakes a day. I do reccommend the banana though it is my favorite and no guilt and some nutrtion too I have one most nights.

I am no expert but seems like some vegies would help I know it makes a difference for me low calorie and feeling. Salad or cooked :) Good luck

Cmarieleep pretty much saying the same I just was pointing out it isnt one way for everyone :) Protein seems to help me the most and of course counting everything I eat. And back on topic like everyone said if you do not track you can not tell what the issue is. Good luck we all can succeed if we stick with it

Not to argue but you can loose weight on processed foods. Maybe because I have so much to loose but my house had no processed food for many months prior to me starting MFP now I have protein shakes 2 times a day and many frozen meals when I need easy of course fruits and vegies that may be fresh or frozen just depends. I always go way over protein as I drink 2 protein shakes a day. But fats are easy to avoid look at where they are coming from I have no idea what you are eating. Fruits and vegies have no fat or protein :)

If you use whole wheat pastry flour you can sub it all otherwise half or they may be dense. you can use less sugar I would try 1/4 cup and think it shouldnt change the texture to much or agave could be subbed I would try 1/4 cup also oh deff try the applesauce that should work no problem.
