I would say start and see how you go :) Don't try and make excuses, it may be hard to start with - if need be, repeat a couple of days until you become comfortable. You can do it!

Hey all. Just updated spreadsheet with my latest run but total mins didn't change? Ran 30mins today. Completed 5 days of exercise though :-)

I aim to lose 5lbs, run 75miles (not sure I am up to the 100 yet!) and clear out my wardrobe ready for the slimmer more toned me :)

I am on day 4. Doing this 3 times a week (or on days where I don't do anything else) . The other days are taken up with my bootcamp or running. Still need to buy weights!

Day 3 done after a half hour run :) I'm using 2 bottles of bleach for weights until I get to shop this weekend. I hurt now, but hope its working!

What options do you use on the Ft60? I am a beginner with these and interested to know what I might use. Is the ft4 enough?

I'm going to try, but maybe only increase by 3 a day.....total beginner who can't do a proper push up yet ;) only on my knees....maybe next month I'll do proper ones!
