For salad's i just use a balsamic vinegar by itself and for dipping sauce i normally use sweet chilli from the asian section, delish!

I think that's way to high, unless your walking at a fast pass. I'd think it would be more like 100- 200 cals at the most burnt

I know one roll from sushi sushi for just avocado is 140 cals, i found it once on google. There actually not as good as you would think!!

I think that's what's great about myfitnesspal, you can have a bit of chocolate or a small severing of chips etc and still stay under calories.

If my only choice is Mcdonald's I'll order a sweet chilli seared wrap(340 cals 8gs fat) /small chips (200 and something cals) and a diet coke. Thank you all for your advice! I've been trying to drink more water, I think it might be that I tend to eat a very light breakfast & lunch. Then overload on dinner. I might not be giving myself engouh energy for the day!
