I usually get salads/grilled calamari/soups or if I know i'm going out at night, i'll look at the menu at the start of the day and add the cals in my dairy in the morning. Therefore I know how many cals i can eat for the rest of the day without going over.

Make healthier verisions of unhealthy things, www.skinnytaste.com has fabulous ones, like healthy chicken nuggets/pickles/eggplant chips/sweet potato chips, my neice loves all of them and so do I. Healthy pizza, i use mountain bread as a pizza base, you could also use cauliflower etc!

I'd have a greek feast! - dips and pita bread then slow cooked chicken and lamb then greek salad, gelato for dessert and maybe whack down a bowl of salt and vinegar chips... if i had room! haha

I feel the same! what i've been doing at xmas dinners etc, is bringing healthy snacks such as a platter with cuccumber/carrots/celery and dip or fruit so i snack on the lighter options and only indulge a little, however on xmas day there is no-way i will be counting! haha

Haha, the internet must of come off differently than i meant it, i didn't realise that there was a calorie limitations, but i assume she still needs to hit 900 cals, just trying to help the lady.

If you are truely logging everything you are eating, your not eating engouh. Your only consuming 900 cals a day at the most, an individual needs to consume AT LEAST 1,200 anything under that and your body is in stravation mode and is clinging onto everything you are eating. More water and better choices.. like someone…

I'll sometimes pre- log dinner if i know what i'm having so i can see how many cals i have left for lunch and afternoon snacks, i'll pre-log a full day if i'm at work or school, where i know i'll only eat the food i've brought with me!

Chocolate and Crips are both high in saturated fats and can be quite deadly, even if your under your calorie intake with those foods, you will not lose weight.

Hi Mary, You could be right. Have you googled the symptoms are they in line with Binge eating symptoms? Are you Australian? If so, you should go to your local GP they will refer you to councelling and the first 6 sessions are usually free. If not, google websites/help lines and give them a call! Good Luck!

I also noticed the towel thing!! & also when I lean on the couch in a certain position my ribs rub against the arm of the chair, never felt that before!! Old clothes fitting again yay!
