  • If you feel you want to have a glass on wine, than don't deny yourself. If you are doing it because you think it will help your heart, well, there are other ways to be good to your heart other than alcohol. If you skip the alcohol all together you will save yourself many calories.

  • Thanks lulubar for the welcome. Today is my first full day on this site and I love it. Only issue is it's only 2pm and I have less than 200 calories I can eat. I better make a huge salad!! I don't know if I can keep under those calories, but time will tell.

  • It is so inconveniencing to be sick. I feel for ya. I had a nasty cold for over a month. My advice is to stay positive... chill when you need to through this cold... drink extra fluids of course and since you ate too many calories this weekend, just try to eat 20-40 less calories a day this week to make up for it.
