  • Hi there, I am 46 and three quarters!! Its my birthday on Wednesday 4th Jan and this is my birthday pressie to myself. I want to look better at 47 than I did at 37!!!! So lets do it together. I would love to lose about 4 stone so will be with you all the way!!!! xx

  • Hi guys, Just joined and I am desperately in need of some motivation to lose weight. It has been gradually creeping up on me over the years and now I have to do something as its affecting my health. I have just got XBox Kinnect and looking to get the Zumba fit DVD. Hopefully this will spur me on to start eating more…
