Pills are a flawed shortcut. As soon as you stop taking them, the weight will almost certainly come back. The most effective weight loss method is eating healthy, in moderation, and exercising. Good luck!

I try to distract myself by listening to music, watching TV, or watching a movie. I see others reading books or magazines. Although I still don't "like" working out, one of my motivations to exercise is for the extra calories (and extra food). Good luck!

After reading "Fast Food Nation," I never had the stomach to go back to McDonalds. I highly recommend the book and the movie.
